TAMPA — The Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber of Commerce hosted 350+ guests at the 40th Anniversary State of the Chamber Luncheon presented by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa, recognizing winners of the 2022 Impact Awards, at the Bryan Glazer Family JCC on Wednesday, February 22th. The program included an organization review from President & CEO Justice Gennari, Chair Chad Daughtrey, and Chair-Elect Trace Kingham, and proclamations from Tampa Mayor Jane Castor and St. Petersburg Mayor Ken Welch honoring the Chamber’s 40 years of service.

“We couldn’t be prouder to recognize these amazing businesses and organizations for the work they are doing to build a more welcoming and inclusive business community in the Tampa Bay area” said Justice Gennari, President & CEO of the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber. “As our first large-scale event in our 40th year, the spotlight was on our members, our growth, our accomplishments, and our future”.

This event brought back the presentation of the Impact Awards, which recognize businesses, non-profits and community leaders who exemplify the highest standards of their profession, promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, demonstrate leadership, and invest time and resources into their community.
