Belonging in Business Breakfast
The Belonging in Business Breakfast invites Chamber members and guests into a dynamic, interactive dialogue centered on inclusion, visibility, and authentic leadership in the workplace.
This event utilizes the fishbowl method — a participatory format where attendees rotate into the conversation circle, sharing insights, listening deeply, and shaping the discussion together. Whether you're in the bowl or observing from the outer circle, your presence helps build a richer, more inclusive business community.
There are opportunities for everyone in the room to become part of the discussion utilizing vacant chairs in the inner circle. We encourage local businesses, LGBTBEs and other certified businesses. Employee Resource Group members, and corporate diversity/supplier diversity professionals to share ideas, best practices, and experiences, and to collaborate on strategies and solutions that promote programs that celebrate our differences.Â

The Corporate Inclusion Alliance Summit is Tampa Bay’s signature LGBTQ+ professional development gathering, bringing together business and employee resource groups (B/ERG) from companies across the Tampa Bay region. As the leading voice for LGBTQ+ business inclusion, the Chamber is proud to convene corporate leaders to build meaningful relationships, exchange best practices, and strengthen workplace cultures that reflect the diversity and talent of Tampa Bay.

State of the Chamber Annual Meeting
The Chamber’s first signature event of the calendar year welcomes a crowd of 200+ members and business professionals to a lunchtime celebration of the year’s achievements, including a presentation of the Chamber’s vision for the future. Join us in the official installation of new leadership and honoring community leaders.
This event also features the announcement of the Prism Awards, honoring those organizations and individuals whose leadership made a positive impact on the Tampa Bay region.
