Ambassadors are an enthusiastic group of professionals who are well-connected in the Tampa Bay community. By participating in the various Ambassador activities, you and your business regularly interact with the community's top decision makers. The result is relationship-building with those who can help you open doors and enhance sales for your company. Plus, by being involved in an active Chamber of Commerce, you and your business remain aware of the latest developments in the community's growth and opportunities.

Welcome: The Ambassadors serve as the primary hospitality arm of the Chamber and are present at most Chamber programs and events. The goal is to personally welcome everyone who attends a Chamber event and help to create a positive experience for all members.
Educate: Ambassadors should be knowledgeable about upcoming programs, events and opportunities for members to become involved. They should understand and be able to communicate the value that the Chamber provides to our members.
Connect: The Ambassadors role is to connect members with one another. To be effective, it is important for Ambassadors to know our members and their businesses to pass along the best connections to complement our #RememberAMember program.
Goals: The Ambassador’s goal is to increase the retention rate of new and existing members by engaging with members at events, reinforcing the benefits of Chamber membership, increasing members’ knowledge about programs and services of TBLGBTC, and keeping the channels of communication open between the membership, TBLGBTC staff and the Board of Directors.
